If we are active person with high frequency of movement in our daily activity, we need to pay attention on the quality of our food. This is important due our food is our main power supply for our body. If we need more output power from our body, we have to give more quantity and better quality of our food.
May be we need additional supplement or vitamin or may be we can use some of energy drink to refresh our energy, but actually all of them are only for temporary time. We have to think something which works long term in our body like our daily food. The good habit on the food supply will increase our healthy quality as well. Even some expert talking about sport for good health but we should understand that the food always needed as power to do everything including sport
For super active person like athlete, they need something that can refresh and recovery their power in quick time like energy drink or something that similar that. But we should keep in mind that the energy drink only for temporary time and not the main power supply for body, so better if we maintain our food supply quality for our better health quality.
