Life Without Diabetic

If we are a sugar lover or people who like food which has a sweet taste, my suggestion better if you check your blood sugar in your personal doctor. I don’t want to make you scare but actually there are big problem behind the sweet taste of sugar. May be we already hear about diabetic which already become a lethal illness for human. This illness is not directly make people die but working slowly and make some collaboration with others illness in human body. The diabetic can cause the heart attack, lung problem, blindness and other dangerous illness.
So what can we do to avoid the diabetic? Here I share some tips to live without diabetic:
• Always do some exercise regularly, this will helpful to maintain our perform and health
• Keep an eye on your sugar supply. If you are sweet food lover, better if you reduce the sugar supply to your body. Sugar still needed by our body but we have to avoid overloaded stored in our body.
• Keep your mind always on the fresh thinking and minimizing the stress. Easy going is the best solution especially for people who has diabetic problem.
• Avoid overloaded on activity, need enough daily rest
Diabetic can also gained due the genetic reason, like from our parent or grand parent, but it supposed to be not be a big deal due there are some options to minimizing the bad effect as long as we have big commitment on our life.
